I was found by a good samaritan who contacted Mickaboo to take me in and get me to the birdie hospital. I`m from the Telegraph Hill flock but was not feeling good, and my flock mates were picking on me. Gosh, I feel so safe now at the birdie vet. The good doctors have made me feel much better.
I`m in a place with lots of birds from my flock around me, and it`s great to hear them and be near them. But . . . the bird doctor says I can`t go to a foster or adoptive home yet because I still have health issues and need to be monitored by a specialized Avian vet. Ah, sigh.
But, you`re here reading about me cuz` you saw my picture and you think I`m really cute, right!? Go ahead, you can admit it. :-) So, I`m gonna tell you something - all the birds I`m here with and that need foster homes are just as cute as me when you see us in person. REALLY, you have to trust me on this. So, do take our FREE Basic Bird Care class, and submit your application to the Telegraph Hill team asking for a Telegraph Hill Conure. Then you can come and meet them and you`re gonna fall in love, I promise! Maybe even someday I`ll be able to go to a home. But I`d rather go to a home that has some of my flock in it, so get started preparing the home of my dreams, and yours.
